He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Epley Duncan; his daughter Sheila Kay Blair (John); his grandchildren, Brian Mooney (Felicia), Michael Mooney (Sami), Tyler Mooney, Angela Rosenthal (Coby), April Dugan (Patrick) and Zachary Blair (Karen); his great grandchildren, Carter Mooney, Trent Mooney, McKarley Jo Blair and Kayden Dugan; his siblings, Jerry Duncan, Loretta Ferguson (Bill) and Jimmie Duncan; and his brother-in-law Ronald McAnulty.
