He was predeceased by: his parents, L. L. "Buster" Mouser and Rubie Kelley Mouser. He is survived by: his wife Janie Gisi; his children, Geoff Mouser of Jackson, Missouri and Lindsay Moore (Shane) of Dexter, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Hudson Moore and Whitley Moore.
