With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Connie Maxine Blackwell of Dexter, Missouri, born in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, who passed away on September 14, 2021 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Downing and Virginia Wade Downing; and her brother Larry Downing. She is survived by: her husband Jim Blackwell; her daughters, Susie Blackwell Summers (Gary) of Dexter and Sarah Blackwell (Lee Dalton) of Socorro; her sister Regina Downing Robertson (Keith) of Walnut Ridge, Arkansas; her granddaughter Tayler Schwent (Louis); and her great grandchild Avery Lesley.
