He is survived by: his wife Sally Hill; his children, Jeremy Leake and Dondi Leake; his stepchildren, Jody Hill of Malden, Tabatha Weaver of Tennessee and April Bridges of Risco, Missouri; and his siblings, David Leake of Center, Missouri and Katrina Leake. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
