He is survived by: his wife Linda Jean Hewitt; his children, Julie Smith Lancaster (Larry) of Dexter, Missouri and Kip Colton Smith (Pamela) of Dexter, Missouri; his sister Wanda Smith Wethington of Essex, Missouri; his grandchildren, Lydia Lancaster of Columbus, OH, Ryan Lancaster (Allison) and Sawyer Smith (Leeza Edmundson); and his great grandchildren, Charlotte and Gavin.
