It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles J. Fulford (Dexter, Missouri), born in Pottsville, Arkansas, who passed away on September 25, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie C. Fulford and Flora F. Hoppis Fulford; his grandsons, Jesse and Jeremy Fulford; and his siblings, Jimmy Don Fulford, Imogene Hughes and Shirley Pickens.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara McGuire; his children, Charles J. Fulford, Jr. (Teresa) of Cape Girardeau, Wendy Ray (Terry) of Poplar Bluff and Stephani Underwood (Trint) of Dexter; and his sisters, Willa Dean Harp of Doniphan and Sue Hughes of Russellville, Arkansas. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
