He was predeceased by : his parents, Arzie Baldwin and Bertie Barnett Baldwin; his wife Rebecca; his mother-in-law Avery (Martha Stobaugh); his son-in-law Henry Sessoms, Sr.; his siblings, Albert, Arzie Jr., Raleigh, Harold, Ron, Rick Baldwin, Mary Swinger, Polly Pannebecker and Cassandra Breece; and his siblings-in-law, Harry Swinger, Roy Pannebecker, Larry Jones, Hazel Baldwin, Kathy Jones and Bitty.

He is survived by : his children, Billy Jr. of Charter Oak, Tamara Baldwin Sessoms of Cape Girardeau and Chris Baldwin of Charter Oak; his grandchildren, Blake Kendrick (Ashley), Brandon Kendrick (Jordan), Megan Hoover (Ross), Haley Baldwin and Clayton Baldwin; his stepgrandchildren, Deidre Sessoms (David DeNuzzo) and Hank Sessoms (Shannon); his great grandchildren, Brooks Kendrick, Laken Hoover, Jayce Kendrick and Hadley Kendrick; his stepgreat-grandsons, Trey Sessoms, Alex DeNuzzo and Jace DeNuzzo; his siblings-in-law, Glenda, Jerry Barber of Dexter, Missouri, Margaret, Walton Weaver of Beaumont, Texas, Jan, Allen Powell of Dexter, Missouri, Jeannine McCoy of Lubbock, Texas, Pauline Baldwin of Cuba, Missouri, Pat Baldwin of Dexter, Missouri, Irene Baldwin of Jackson, Missouri and Randal Breece of Jackson, Missouri; and his pets, Gus, Patch and Ben. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other beloved extended family and friends.
