It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Rhoades of Dexter, Missouri, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert Gardner and Jennie Adcock; her siblings, Joseph Gardner, Fannie Margaret Green, Mary Lee Chartrau, Alberta Ingram and Peggy Tanner; and her grandson Edward Schwent IV.

She is survived by : her husband Huey Rhoades; her daughters, Sheryl Rhoades-Durrer (Dan Durrer) of Washington and Karen Schwent (Edward Schwent III) of Bridgeton, Missouri; her sister Jane Cantrell of Mississippi; her grandsons, Kyle Durrer and Travis Durrer; and her great grandchildren, Thomas Durrer and Charlie Durrer.
