He is survived by: his wife Patricia Sue DeProw; his children, Ken Ockel (Elizabeth) of Campbell, Missouri and Deborah Ockel Chapman (John) of Norwalk, Iowa; his sister Sandra McNichols of St. Peters, Missouri; his grandchildren, Katelyn Golden, Anna Ockel, Dakota Ockel, Brett Chapman, Brandon Chapman and Bryson Chapman; and his great grandchild Sadie Kate Golden.
