He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Smyth Sr. and Sarah Manion Smyth; and his siblings, John Smyth, Jim Smyth (Ann), Mary Ellen Sisler (Jim) and Malinda Allen (Kenneth).
He is survived by: his wife Hilda Baker; his daughters, Vicki Waldrup (Butch) of Kansas City, Beverly Good of Hayden and Susan Richmond (Ron) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; and his brother Michael Smyth (Beverly) of Meridian. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren, and many special friends.
