She was predeceased by: her parents, Preston Elihue Shipman and Eunice Lorene Williams Shipman; her spouse O. "Sonny" Martin Jr. Mr; and her siblings, Donald Shipman and Barbara Ridenhour.
She is survived by: her pets, Red and Marley; her sons, Tim Martin (Michelle) of Bernie, Mike Martin (Amber) of Dexter and David Martin of Dexter; and her grandchildren, Bailey Martin, Taylor Counts (Matt), Shelby Martin and Maycie Martin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
