He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Mae Levall (Boyster) of DeSoto, MO; his daughters, Kaylee Levall of DeSoto, MO and Shayla Levall of DeSoto, MO; and his brothers, Gary Levall (Dee Dee) of Arnold, MO and Jeff Levall (Myrna) of DeSoto, MO. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
