She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Seabaugh and Meta Seabaugh (Perr); her husband Steven Bruce Neely; her son Tom Pace; and her brother Leroy Seabaugh.

She is survived by: her boyfriend Jim Brown of DeSoto, MO; her son Shannon Schafer (Carla) of Jackson, MO; and her sister Bobbi Schaler of Vancouver, WA. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
