He was predeceased by: his mother Viola Carr. He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela Nicholson (Alan), Andrea Decker (Steve) and Ashley Brutcher (David); his grandchildren, Taylor Fortner (Lucas), Caitlin Nicholson and Evan Brutcher; his great grandchild Natalie Fortner; his siblings, Dr. Gary Carr (Kathy) and Jean Harrison (Peter); and his father Floyd Carr.
We are continuing to serve families during the COVID-19 crisis, however some of our options are limited.
