He was predeceased by: his parents, John Medvik and Marjorie Medvik (Cox); and his brothers, Michael Medvik, Kenneth Medvik and Stephen Medvik.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Crider (Shelley) of Washington, Robin Camarillo of St. Louis, Corena Altermatt (Shawn) of Rolla and Kim Bennett of Rolla; and his sister Monica Medvik of St. Louis. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
