She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph John Politte and Louise Politte; her husband John Scharf; her son Danny Scharf; and her siblings, Oscar Politte, Marie Solomon, Audrey Westhoff and Louise Recar.
She is survived by: her daughter Christine Bodendieck (Loren) of Saint Louis, MO; and her grandsons, Scott Scharf (Randi) of DeSoto, MO, Adam Bodendieck (Cheryl) of Springfield, MO and Zachary Bodendieck (Kristin) of Saint Louis, MO. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren and numerous loving family members and friends.
