As Judy Lynn departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Judy Lynn may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Judy Lynn leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester C. Casteel and Nelda M Casteel (Carr); and her husband Robert E. Smith. She is survived by: her son Tim Stanfill of DeSoto, MO; her siblings, Darrell Casteel (Sue) of Festus, MO and Theresa Ott (Brian) of Arnold, MO; her grandson Dominic Stanfill; and her aunt Mynaun Brown. She is also survived by nephews, cousins, numerous family members, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mahn Funeral Home, DeSoto Chapel (900 N Main St, De Soto, MO 63020). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
