She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert T. Bax and Ruby Bax (Stricklan); her spouse James'Jim'J. Howard Jr.; her siblings, Tina, Roger, Gary (Pete) and Randy; her niece Connie; her siblings-in-law, Helen Moellering, Roger Taggart, Alan Winemiller, David Howard, Bob Moellering and Gary Maples; her in-laws, James Sr. and Mildred Howard (Crane); and also Scott.
She is survived by: her sons, Kevin D. Howard and Keith J. Howard (Aini); her great grandchildren, Raquel Nahlik (Jared), Faith, Bella, Jeremiah and Nathaniel; her grandchildren, Julia Howard, Naomi and Eli Howard; her daughter-in-law Shawnell; her sisters, Brenda Bax Brothers, Adlai Bax (Sherry), Arnold'Buddy'Bax (Alice) and Delane'John'Bax (Vicki); her sisters-in-law, Helen Bax and Jan Maples; and her aunt Helen Bax.
