She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dugger and Marie Dugger (Sayer); her former spouse J. T. Maxwell; her husband James Parmele; her children, Patricia Walters, Vernon Maxwell and Dorothy Woodard; and her sister Wilma Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Jane Crow (Paul), Karen Stoehr (Richard) of Martin, TN and Neal Maxwell (Dianne); and her sister Marion Hartshorn of Pittsburg, KS. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
