It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl E Flottmann of Desoto, Missouri, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on October 21, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin John Flottmann and Flora Loretta Flottmann (Hogan); his wife Phyllis Flottmann; and his brothers, Irvin Flottmann, Robert Flottmann and Jesse Flottmann.
He is survived by: his brother William K Flottmann.
