He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Moore and Elizabeth June Moore (Naylor); his wife Martha Moore (Werley); and his siblings, Davin Kelly, Michael William, Daryel George Moore and Diana June Gillette.

He is survived by: his daughter Geneva JoAnn Hervans; and his siblings, Pauline Mae Shiverdeen, Donna Kay Shiverdeen, Beth Ann Bonds and Jack Lynn Moore. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
