He was predeceased by: his father Horace Earl; his siblings-in-law, Jill Walker, James Francis, Carroll Allen, H. E. and Norma Francis Jr.; and his uncle Jake Krause.
He is survived by: his wife Ann David (Francis); his children, Shelley Langmade (Josh) and Karree David (Neil Minor); his grandchildren, Tatum, Bennett Langmade, Brynlee David, Elyse and Addison Minor; his siblings-in-law, Jane Eck (John), Rosemary Francis and Dan Walker; his aunt Lois Krause; his nieces, Angie Winch (James), Jean Scholtes (Jeff) and Jennie Heins (Eric); and his nephew Craig Allen (Laura). He is also survived by his family and friends.
