He is survived by: his daughter Mandy Gaugel (Hulsey); his granddaughter Katlyn Hubbard; and his siblings, Diane Cartee (Gary), Lana Darnell (David), Dicky Hulsey (Aleca), Gary Hulsey (Cindy) and David Hulsey (Regina).
