He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Newberry and Eunice Newberry (Spray); and his siblings, David Newberry, Patty Esparza and Susie Townsend.
He is survived by: his wife Rusty Newberry (Bridges); his children, Carla DuVall (Max), Craig Newberry (Amanda), Nicholas Newberry (Chelsea), Joshua Newberry (Cameron Courtois), Christopher Chorn (Laura) and Robby Ross (Jennifer); and his nephew Eric Newberry (Michelle). He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed in honor of Lonnie's memory to the Dravet Syndrome Foundation.
