He was predeceased by: his father Henry Kinsey; and his siblings, Marsha Hartinger, Claude and Michael Kinsey. He is survived by: his mother Francis Dalton (Goad); his daughters, Andrea Kinsey and Amanda Caldwell (Eddie); his grandchildren, Ella Kinsey, Aubrey Cannon, Aria Cannon and Ezra Caldwell; and his siblings, Steve Kinsey (Nancy), Hank Kinsey (Janet) and Susan Campbell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, gifts in memoriam are suggested to the VFW and American Legion.
