He was predeceased by: his father Larry Bannister. He is survived by: his wife Joni Bannister (Stephens); his children, Staci Kernan (Scott), Andrew Bannister (Abby) and Kent Bannister (Kate); his grandchildren, Eli, Kate, Kyle, Ben Henry, Sophia, Bennett, Garrett, Samuel, Thatcher, Mirren, Reed and Barnes; and his sisters, Janice Roddy (Randy) and Judy Patenaude (Paul). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the Bannister family requests memorials be directed to the Elvins Food Pantry and to wear jeans to the service.
