He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Skaggs and Alma Gertrude Skaggs (Stapleton); his wife Barbara Skaggs (White); his sons, Joseph Paul, Frederick James and Lawrence Alan Skaggs; and his siblings, Bobby, Raymond, David, George Skaggs, Mary, Debbie, Barbara Jean and Alice.
He is survived by: his children, Malinda Bone (Eddie), Mary Sansom and Robert Skaggs (Tracy); and his sisters, Ida Charter and Tina Skaggs. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
