It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jim Hill of Desloge, Missouri, born in Bonne Terre, Missouri, who passed away on January 24, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James William Hill, Sr. and Jesse Hazel Rawlins; and his sister Brenda. He is survived by: his wife Linda Hill (Conway); his children, Lisa Lucas-Dean (Jon Barlow) and Dr. Mark Hill (Kathaleen Amende); his grandchildren, Dillon James Lucas, Hannah Elizabeth Lucas and Kaylee Ann Lucas; his great grandchild Harper Marie Lucas; his sister Anna "Mickey" Brawley; his friends, Arthur and Shirley Laird; his goddaughter Jaclyn Christine Bryan (Laird); and also, Heather Laird and Joshua Laird (Lindsey). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews.
