He was predeceased by: his former wife Annette Brown (Bradshaw). He is survived by: his wife Wendy Brown (Fay); his children, Brad Brown (Wendy) and Holly Brown; his stepchildren, Teri Smyer (Steve), Mikki Rackley and Brady Rackley (Kelly); his brother Gene Brown (Janie); and his uncle Jason Todd. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriners Hospital. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Franklin "Buddy" Brown 's name.
