He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward "Ed" Dallas, and Judith "Judy" Dallas, Sr. (Derque); his brother Kevin Dallas; his half-brother Gary Dallas; his stepson Jacob Hogan; and his father-in-law Dennis Bouse.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa Dallas (Bouse); his brothers, John and Scott Dallas; his stepchildren, Nakia Hummel, Nathan Hummel and Joshua Hogan; his niece Brianne Dallas; his nephew Josh Dallas; his mother-in-law Rosemary Bouse (Groves); his siblings-in-law, Denise Wheat (Michael), Carla Mangan and Denny Bouse (Beth Barton); and his pet Buddy.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Desloge Chapel (1116 N Desloge Dr, Desloge, MO 63601). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
