She was predeceased by: her father James Othel McDaniel; her brothers, Dave, Bob and Joe McDaniel; and her niece Jo Ellen Dunham (McDaniel).

She is survived by: her husband Billy Joe McKee; and her nieces and nephews, Crystal Huebschen, Pam Nelson, Lisa Ferguson, Jim, Darren and Jason McDaniel. She is also survived by several great-nieces and nephews, as well as great-great-nieces and nephews.
