He is survived by: his parents, Linda and Terrence D. (Alice); his sons, Andrew Paul Lamb of Mt and Brennan David Lamb of Mt. Olive, IL; his sister Rebecca Shofner of Columbia, IL; his uncles, Alan Shofner (Pamela) and Mark Shofner (MarJean) of Belleville, IL; his aunt Donna Hull Paula Schlecht; and his cousin Kelsie Robles Connor (Jesse).
