He was predeceased by: his father Milburn Rawlins; and his brother-in-law Terry Polk. He is survived by: his wife GiGi Rawlins; his children, Karen Bender (Robert) and Neil David Rawlins; his stepchildren, Julie Koonce (Jason), Samuel Chytla, Sophie Morgan (Shawn) and Peter Chytla (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Ryan Schaefer (Nicole) and Lauren Schaefer; his stepgrandchildren, Michael, Colten, Thomas, Micayla, Arianna, Brodey and McKinley; his great grandchild Jackson Schaefer; and his sister Vicki Polk.
