He was predeceased by: his parents, Miltiades Farmakis and Olga Farmakis. He is survived by: his wife Eleni Farmakis; his children, Michael Farmakis (Shannon Farmakis) and Olga Androutsopoulos; and his grandchildren, George Ethan, Grace, Pierce Farmakis, Yanni and Georgios Androutsopoulos. He is also survived by his family and friends.
