She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Toby and Elma Jane Dean (Middleton); her husband James M. Raddatz; and her siblings, Charles "Bud" Dean, Shirley Reeves and Viola Silvy.
She is survived by: her children, Darren Collier (Jennifer) of Wentzville, Lora Collier of Fredericktown and Linda Bennett (Billy) of Redford; her grandchildren, Tabitha Pinkley (Kyle), Anndrea Crews, Austin Grigery (Chelsey), Ashley Mahan (Devin), Skye Collier and Bryce Collier; and her sister Loretta Ruble (Kenneth) of Piedmont. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
