He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Johnson and Dallas Johnson (Schumaker); and his half-brother Roger Lee Johnson. He is survived by: his sisters, Jessica Hinkle (Wayne) of Fredericktown and Jackie Brandmeyer (Bill) of Bonne Terre; and his close friends, Denny and Sandy Daggett of Des Arc. He is also survived by three nieces, three nephews.
