He was predeceased by: his father Billy Joe Luter, Sr.; and his half-brothers, Cliffton Rutter and Paul Allen Rutter. He is survived by: his mother Lola Faye Luten (Dean) of Des Arc, MO; and his brother Charles Rutter of Potosi, MO.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and friends.
