He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Orla Parker and Lissie Parker (Poston); and his sister-in-law Burlene Parker. He is survived by: his spouse Bertie Stamp; his brother Robert O. Parker of Hannibal, MO; his sisters-in-law, Becky Janis (Stamp) of Effingham, IL and Mary Ann Stamp (Burch) of Cape Girardeau, MO; and his caregivers, Brenda Parker, Linda Allen, Deana Shearrer, Debbie Gray, Joshua Gray and Rebekah Graham. He is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews, 12 great nieces and nephews, 32 great-great nieces and nephews, and many other family and friends.
