She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard; and her sons, Gregory and David. She is survived by: her child Walter Gustav Sprick; her sister Francis; her children, Elisa (Steven), James and Mike; her grandchildren, Allix Marie Strahon and Devin Patrick Radke; her siblings-in-law, Richard Radke and Sharon Radke Mitchell; her children, Kim and Marc; her brother-in-law Leon Radke; and also, Bertha Blanche Kingston, Karolyn, Joan, Kevin, Bryan, Alan, Jason and Penny Radke.
In lieu of flowers the family would like to request that contributions be made to Mercy Hospice, CH Chub O'Reilly Cancer Center or the American Diabetes Association.
