He was predeceased by: his parents, Dee Elgie and Dovie Rice Williams. He is survived by: his wife Donna Fuller; his children, Davyan Matt Williams of Orlando, Florida, Dustin Williams of Whitewater, Missouri, Dena Payton of Vancouver, Washington and Denise Kone of Arizona; and his brothers, Hershel Williams of Oran and Bobby Williams of Arizona. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
