It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Catherine Billing of Delta, Missouri, who passed away on March 28, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Billing and Hilda Billing; and her siblings, Margo Villar, Robert Billing and Rita Reider.
