He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd "Bud" Tanner and Evelyn Vera Tanner (Tellor); and his brothers, Herman and Mike Tanner. He is survived by: his children, Sara Gerardi (Matt Allen) of Buncombe, Illinois and Pete Tanner of Marble Hill, Missouri; and his pets, Paizlie and Josie. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
