She is survived by: her spouse Jerry Ray Surface; her children, Jerry Wayne Surface (Debbie) of Benton and Lisa Deann Eftink (Bardis Dismuke III) of Sikeston; her grandchildren, James "Jim" Eftink (Lisa), Jesse Surface and Nathan Surface (Lindsey); and her great grandchild Carli Rose Eftink.
