She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleve Cook and Thelma Vaughn Cook. She is survived by: her children, Kristi Merideth, Patrick Riley and Taryn Glathar; her siblings, Vincent Cook and Shelia Lee; and her grandchildren, Tyler, Macey, Coen, Mac and Jacob.
