It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Connie Goodwin of Deerfield, Missouri, born in El Dorado Springs, Missouri, who passed away on October 28, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Loren C. Wood and Henrietta I. Wood (Gilpin); her brothers, Lloyd "Smiley" Wood and Terry "Pete" Wood; and her sisters-in-law, Georgia Wood and Patricia Wood.

She is survived by: her husband Johnnie A. Goodwin; her children, Tosha Potts (David) of Wichita, KS, Keilah Forgey (Terry) of Deerfield, Aaron Enoch Goodwin, Joshua Goodwin, Ashley Gronewaller (Jeff) and Elizabeth Todd (Saul); her siblings, Steve Wood (Peggy), Michael Wood, William Wood, El Dorado Springs and Lori Brooks (Timothy); and her siblings-in-law, Molly Goodwin-Osborn of Independence, MO, Richard Goodwin (Debbie), David Goodwin and Rich Hill. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Memorials are suggested in her memory to "Teen Challenge" c/o Ferry Funeral Home. ***At this time there is no longer a statewide limitation on the number of people attending funerals or visitations, however those in attendance will be asked to maintain social distancing, and that people are welcome to and, indeed, are encouraged to wear face mask to protect themselves and others.
