It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Murphy Aj of Dearborn, Missouri, who passed away on December 2, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Murphy Aj to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Benjamin and Edna Parlee Murphy (Osborne); his wife Margaret Mae King; his siblings, Zelma Hinken, Jewel Marriott, Millie Cooper, Pauline Stewart, Sidney Murphy, John Murphy and Paul Murphy; his stepson Donnie Leach; and his granddaughter Makenzie Hensley.

He is survived by: his children, Arthur James Murphy, Jr. (Cynthia), Stephanie Hensley (Jimmy) and Shawn Murphy; his grandchildren, Hannah, Laura Claire, Connor, Courtney (Cody) and Haylie; his great grandchild Colton; and his stepdaughter Karen Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Family Graveside Service will be held at Leavenworth National Cemetery.Donations may be made to the Gower Convalescent Center.
