She is survived by: her husband Perry; her children, Steven Hayward and Audrey Davis; her grandchildren, Austin, Dylan Hughart, Lillian Earl and Stevie Patton; her stepdaughters, Kelly and Leslie Patton; and her sister Audrey Stranak (Hayward).
