He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Elliot and Kathryn Lorraine Williams; his former wife Martha Jane Snook; his wife Troop; his sons, Jeffrey Williams (Gladstone) and Kevin Williams (Teresa); his granddaughters, Jacquelyn Williams, Halley Williams and Leann Williams; his great grandchild Katherine Williams; his sister Linda Whitmore (Larry); and his sisters-in-law, Marjorie Stubbs (Walt) and Dianne Snook. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
