He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Fields (Schirlls); and his siblings, Delbert Fields, Richard Tripp and Tammy Fields. He is survived by: his father Henry "Hank" Fields; his spouse Tracey Ann Comstock; his children, Laura Fields of Dearborn and Roy Fields (Jordan Mahalovich) of Sedalia; and his grandchildren, Lexi Fields, Anderson Fields and Eliis Fields.
