He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Clinton "Shinny" and Margaret Helen Jolly (Bramble); his wives, Kathy Jolly and Carlene Jolly (Leer); his sisters, Vivian Hill and Mayme Abbott; his niece JoEllen Abbott; and his nephews, Rick Buckler and Randy Buckler.
He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Seckel (Carolyn), Josh Jolly (Sammi), David Pyles (Megen), Tonya Morse (Chad) and Kawana Neaves; and his siblings, Leta Buckler, Helen Richardson (Perry) and Jerry Jolly (Anita). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
